Organization: Reset fields as shown, split the four teams in half to create 8 teams.
Duration: 7 min games
Instructions: Field 1 and 2 play to goals, fields 3 and 4 score by dribbling through a gate.
Switch teams and fields, so A plays C on 3, B plays D on 4.............. Base the number of fields on the number of players present.
For the boys there will be three teams per hour, change the gated fields to one bigger field with 4 gates. Rotate the losing teams on Field 1 and 2 to field 3, teams from field 3 go to 1 and 2.

Organization: Split football field into quarters for activities. Nets as shown.
There will be three teams per hour for the boys.
Duration: 7 mins per station
Instructions:
Station 1- Agility relay race, over hurdles, around poles, around flag and sprint back to high five next player.Repeat 3xs.
Progress to dribbling the ball around the hurdles, then dribbling through poles, around flag and dribble back.
Station 2- Players to dribble 1v1 and try to go through the gate. Start each one from a pass at the same end, players switch sides each time.
Station 3- Split players into 2 groups. Start as 3v2- blue v red, pass comes from a defender to begin. After the shot, or if the defenders win the ball transition in the opposite direction 2v1 red against blue, with the defenders attacking and the blue player who shot or loses the ball becomes the defender for 2v1. As soon as that finishes restart 3v2 in the other direction, blue vs red.
Station 4: Split up players, a 2M box at each corner. Teams must make a pass into each box to a player. Players will carry a pinnie, and if they recieve a pass inside the box they drop it to mark that box.First to mark all 4 boxes wins.
