A clear halfway line.
How to Play
Coach feeds the ball in as he sees fit (even along the line or favour one side).
The first player to reach the ball must attempt to attack the opposite end goal by crossing the halfway line.
Can’t score with first 2 touches.
After crossing the halfway line, he can choose to turn and attack the goal in his own half if the defender is doing well.
If the defender wins the ball he can attack the opposite end goal.

Teams choose how many players they will use (can’t use the same number consecutively).

How to Play
White team start with the deepest player and attack the goal.
Red team can score in the corner goals if they win the ball.
All Transitions
Secure the ball (individually or collectively).
Try to run, pass or dribble forward.
Support ahead of the ball.
If the defenders can make the attacking team play backwards they MUST step up.
If the defenders win the ball the attacking team MUST press with the nearest player.
