Organization:
1. Use the entire area that you have available.
2. Mark out 5 or 6 boxes with cones, they should 2 yards by 2 yards
3. Create a starting gate on each side of your field
4. Separate players into pairs.
5. Each player with a ball.
Instructions:
1. Pairs pick a gate to start in
2. One partner starts by passing his/her ball towards one of the boxes. Then the next player tries.
3. Players contiue passing their ball until it lands in the box.
4. Player with the least amount of passes earns a point.
5. If a player can knock their partner's ball out of the box they receive an extra point.
6. Players then find a new gate and new box to play towards.
7. Players switch roles after each turn. 1st goes 2nd goes 1st.
Coaching points:
1. Head down eyes on ball at moment of contact
2. Keep head up while moving to see where your partners ball is
3. Strike the middle third of the ball so it stays on the ground
4. Toe up ankle locked using the inside of your foot when passing
Progression/Regression:
R - Have all player play in one gate, going one after the other so the coach can monitor and help
P - Make the box smaller

Activity 1 (15 mins)
Organization:
1. Use the entire area that you have available. No space restrictions.
2. Separate players into pairs.
3. Each player with a ball.
Instructions:
1. One partner starts by passing his/her ball far away using inside of the foot pass.
2. The other partner tries to pass his/her ball into their teammates ball.
3. One point for tagging the ball.
4. Two points if you tag your partners ball when it is still moving.
5. Players should be running continuously.
6. Players switch roles after each turn. 1st goes 2nd goes 1st.
Coaching points:
1. Head down eyes on ball at moment of contact
