Organization:
players split up evenly

Instructions:
pick a team to start as offense and defense
offense's job is to get to one end (beginning or far side) before defender
defense must keep with the offense

Organization:
Two cones 3 yds apart with a flat disc in the middle to mark out a straight line. Two players on either side of the line, players will not cross the line.
Instructions:
Round 1: Neither player has a ball. One player is attacker, defender shadows from other side of line. Attacker has to beat defender to either cone, attacker receives a point if he gets there first. Play for one minute then switch roles.
Round 2: Both players have a ball. At their own speed, each player practices V-move back and forth at the cones. Gradually increase speed. See how many can be done in one minute.
Round 3: Same as Round 1 but now attacker has a ball. Attacker has to beat defender to either cone, attacker receives a point if he gets there first. Play for one minute then switch roles.

Organization:
1 field, 2 teams, two goals facing outside of the field in the middle. 1 team starts with all the balls
Instructions:
Defender plays to attack and then looks to pressure and win ball, both players are looking to score in either goal.
Coaching Points:
1st touch out of feet.
Head up
Recognition of space and pressure.
Use V-move or inside cut to fake defender and move to other goal.
Progressions: Most goals in 3 mins.

Organization:
-25 x 20 yard area, with a 5 yard end zone at each end set up as shown
-Even teams, 3v3 max (set up multiple games if needed)
Instructions:
-The game is called "Ball Hog". Players can only advance forward by dribbling, all passes must be either lateral or backwards.
-Teams compete to score goals by dribbling and stopping ball in opposing end zone. Play restarts, with defender dribbling from own end zone.
-1 point for stopping the ball in the endzone; bonus point (2 pts total) for stopping ball in the yellow box
Coaching Points:
-Head up to observe open space and dribble to score
-Attack the spaces between defenders
-Use fakes or quick changes of direction
-If the route to goal is blocked, switch the point of attack
-Attack the space quickly if you receive a pass

- Switch which goals teams are shooting at (i.e. two opposite goals or two contiguous goals)
- Remove two goals after 10 minutes for free play
