King of Cone (15 mins)
King of Cone
All players have a ball. Split teams into two equal teams. Red team attempt to knock down blue teams cones by striking ball from distance. Blue team attempt to knock red teams cones down. Neither team must not enter shaded area. First team to knock all the other teams cone down wins
Coaching Points
1. Head up to look where cone is
2. Placement of non-kicking foot next to ball
3. Arms out to balance.
4. Strike ball with lace/instep.
