A passes to B who makes dribble & tries to score when he has crossed the last cone/or 25y. The moment A passes he becomes the defender and tries to block B. After first battle, A and B continue to the next pitch and swop roles.
remarks: good jabbing, careful channeling and hard forehand tackles for the defensive player. Body and stick protection for the attacker. For the trainer: some collisions/discussions wil occur as this exercise is contact-aiming > solve with good spirit!
