Organization: Set up two lines with a diamond pattern of cones 5 yards apart (for younger) 10 yards apart (for older). Add two nets 5 yards from the starting cone.
Procedure: Both lines will begin at the same time. Players will both dribble towards centre cone then cut to the outside then cut back towards the top cone. Once they've finished the diamond pattern they will driblble towards goal and shoot then return to their line. Begin with dominant foot then progress to weaker foot and different parts of the foot. Incorporate different cuts/moves/turns at each cone.
