Instructions:
First player passes to middle player, who opens up and finds the hird player. That player has two touches to recieve and shoot. Upon their shot, the next team begin passing. After shooting the player joins the back of their group and everyone moves forward one space in the line. Alternate shots from each side. Activity should be fast paced.
Coaching Points:
- Quality of passes,
- Communication (hands, Voice),
- Awareness of GK's position,
- Shooting technique,
- Power or accuracy?
- Be alive for rebounds.
Progressions:
- Play first team to 10 goals wins

- Width, length and depth as a team
- Penetrate or posses?
- Think 'shot' when in around the goal area.
- If you cannot shoot, can you set a teammate who can?

Instructions:
A passes to B who opens up and finds C. C has two touches to receive and shoot to beat the GK (A).
Rotation - A - B - C
Coaching Points:
- Quality of check (open body, communication, back foot to receive)
- Quality of pass and touch (keep ball close of get ball out of feet?)
- Head up to observe goal
- Technique to strike ball with power (approach ball at an angle, non kicking foot next to ball, toe down, ankle locked, strike with second knuckle, follow through)
Progressions:
- Keep score of goals and make it a competition.
