Organization:
- 15 x 20 Area Size split through the middle set up as shown
- 2 groups of 6 running at the same time.
- Split the groups into two teams.
Instructions:
- There are 2 channels, 1 with defenders, 1 with attackers.
- Aim of the attacker is to cross either finish line arms length ahead of the attack.
- Defenders job is to stay as close as they can when the attackers cross the line.
- Game lasts 7 seconds, players switch roles every time.
Coaching Points:
- Attack space ahead.
- Recognise defenders position.
- Behind you = accelerate.
- Alongside you (space ahead) = pretend to turn keep going forward.
- Alongside you (space behind you) = turn.
- Defender ahead of you = turn.
- Once the attacker gets a yard of space look to cut across defender.
Progressions:
P - The finish line is now the line behind the defenders so attackers have 7 seconds to create space and cut across the defenders pathway and across the line.
P - Defenders are trying to tag attackers when they enter their zone.

Organization:
- Area Size 10 x 15 set up as shown
- 4 groups running at the same time.
- 3 Players in each group.
- 1 Ball per player.
Instructions:
- Players are encouraged to dribble whilst touching the ball with every stride and keeping head as they move
- Players start by doing a drag turn on the middle line & returning to start line (A)
- Players perform "Stop-Start Move" at middle line before continuing to dribble through (B)
- Once at end line players perform drag turn & dribble back to start line (B)
Coaching Points:
- Dribbling with a touch every step.
- Keeping head up as much as possible.
- Use of body to fake.
- Acceleration out of turn or Stop Start.
Progressions:
P - Players performing the pull push on the middle line and the drag turn on the end line.
P - Defender aims to tag them after peforming "Stop-Start Move" before they reach end line

Organization:
- 30 x 30 Area Set up as shown
- Two groups of 6 players (6 attackers & 6 defenders)
- Two mini goals set up as shown
- 1 Ball (additional with players resting)
Instructions:
- Player A starts with the ball and Player A is looking to get over the line behind defender (between goals)
- Player B can't move till Player A has touched ball and is looking to get over the end line if they win the ball.
Coaching Points:
- Attack space ahead (bigger 1st touch).
- Head up to see defenders position.
- Protect ball if continue to dribble (put body between defender and ball).
Progressions:
P - Players are now looking to score in pug goals behind defender. They can now dribble and beat defender or they can look to create a yard and then get a shot at goal.
P - If Defender wins the ball they are aiming to dribble through gates behind Attacker

Organization:
- 30 x 25 Area set up as shown
- 11 players (5 attacker, 5 defenders & 1 Neutral)
- Two mini goals set up as shown
- Four corner goals set up as shown (cones)
- 1 Ball (additional on outside)
Instructions:
- Teams play 5v5+1 mini game & aim to score in either the mini goals or corner gates
- Attacking player in possession must perform "Stop-Start Move" in middle zone before scoring
- Attackers can score in any goal once "Stop-Start Move" as been performed
Coaching Points:
- Attack space ahead (bigger 1st touch).
- Head up to see defenders position.
- Observe Space & Surroundings; Team mate, Pressure, Goal?
- Protect ball if continue to dribble (put body between defender and ball)
- Create as much space for player in possession
Progressions:
P - Attacking team must make 3 consecutive passes before or after "Stop-Start Move" before scoring
P - One team attacks mini goals, while other attacks corner gates
