Organization:
-10x20 yard channel.
-4 players per channel.
Instructions:
-A takes first touch to one side. B moves to opposite side.
-A passes to B. B passes to C. C plays 1v1 with A
-Work both sides.
Rotation. A > B > C > D > A
Coaching Points:
-A's first touch with outside of passing foot.
-B checks away before showing wide.
-B hips open to recieve on inside of back foot.
-B's first touch should be in the direction of next action (pass to C)

Instructions:
-A takes first touch to one side. B moves to opposite side. D moves to same side as first touch then pressures B on the pass.
-A passes to B. B passes to C. C plays 1v1 with A
-Work both sides.

-D then pressures B straight on the pass.

-Play is live on B's movement.
-Play for two minutes then rotate positions.
-Passes must stay on the ground.
Rotation. A > B > C > D > A
Coaching Points:
Option 1- Player A
-If defender is tight to B can A play direct to C.
Option 2- Player A
-If defender is blocking passing lane to C can white play though center attacker.
Option 3- Player A
-If B checks away and is not tracked by defender can A play into space behind.
Option 1- Player B
-B checks away before showing wide. If defender doesn't follow then play in behind.
Option 2- Player B
-B checks wide and pressure is loose. Open hips to recieve on inside of back foot.
-B's first touch should be in the direction of next action (pass to C)

-3v3+1 including goalkeepers.
Instructions:
-Every restart must come from the goalkeepers.
Coaching Points:
1. Neutral player stays central. White players split wide when goalkeeper is in possesion.
2. Recognize where pressure is coming from to decide if you can turn and face up or play back to goalkeeper if pressure is closing quickly.

Warm Up- Rondo (10 mins)
Organization:
-4v2 Rondo.
-Extra balls around.
Instructions:
-Connect passes.
-10 passes in row or splits; defenders stay in again.
-If defender touches the ball, defeder who was in longest comes out.
Coaching Points:
-Movement off the ball to support.
-As defneder gets closer to player on the ball, support must get closer to provide a better angle.
Progressions:
-Mandatory two touch.
