Attacking team is looking to possess throughout the four grids.
Defending team is looking to win the ball and dribble out of large playing area. Only 2 defenders can be in a grid at one time.
CPs: Interchange. Players seeing and filling the needs of the team. Filling in space. Players need to see open space and get there in time to support. Win the ball back defensively. Are the players proactive n getting the ball back after losing possession?

6v6 + 2 Neutrals (Bumpers)
Attacking team has the advantage of 2 outside neutrals.
The object is to either dribble through the stick goals for 2 points, or score in the smaller cone goals for 1 point.
Defending team is looking to possess quickly and counter upon winning the ball.
CPs: Playing exercise or game? Are the players looking to make the correct decision or just score 2 points each time? Neutrals: are the team in possession utilizing their overloads to break pressure?

6v5 with different scoring options
Attacking team is looking to score either by playing into large goal (no gk) by hitting net into air (encourage ball striking), or play into stick goals. Defensive team looks to score into GK's hands. Use Neutral Bumpers if needed.
Switch either on time or when a team plays into gk's hands. Have extra players on each team if teams rotate quickly.
CPs: Use of technique: are the players hitting the ball correctly for the three different ways to score? Attack goals quickly (decision making). With three scoring options, are we attacking with speed.

4 person ball movement (15 mins)
4 person Ball Movement to Entry Ball support
4 players move the ball, and when a rhythm has been created, or a suitable opportunity to play forward is available, they look to play into target. 3 of the 4 players move into next grid to support. The 4th attacker stays in grid and becomes the target player.
Progression: Add 1-2 defenders to the grid. Defending player is trying to tag the player with the ball, forcing quicker decisions.
CPs: Movements. Are players moving without the ball? Playing the way you face. Are players in positions to connect passes? Support. When the ball travels, are players aware of the need to move to support the target player?
