Organization:
-Place 5 cones 3 yards apart in a straight line. Players should already be in teams for pervious drills.
Instructions:
-Player dribbles around cones as shown.
-It is a race but players must keep the ball close and under control
Coaching Points:
-Changing direction with the ball
-Dribbling with head up
-Dribbling with both feet and different part of foot
Progressions:
-Instead of sprinting back change it to dribbling back so it makes players use both feet.

Organization:
-20X20 GRID
-2 color pinnies
Instructions:
-2 groups of 5 players
-Coach call out the number of players to go out and play
-The game is over when a goal is scored or the ball goes out of bound
-Players then go back to their lines and coach call a new number
Coaching Points:
-Be quick to the ball
-The player without the ball become a defender quickly and put his body between the man and the goal
-When your teammate has the ball spread out and provide support
Progressions:
-Coach assign a cone for the players to run around before touching the ball
Warm Up (15 mins)
Instructions:
1. Players dribble ball around area, avoid collision with other players/balls
2. Upon instruction ‘Break’players turn and try to leave area as quickly as possible
3. Once outside the area, players stop the ball and then dribble back in and resume dribbling
4. Competition to see who is last from area
Coaching Points:
1. Positive first touch out ofthe feet
2. Play with the laces of the foot close to the ball
3. Fewest number of touches to cover the distance quickly
4. Run in a straight line
Progression:
1. Players must attack the furthest point away from their position
