Screen 1 (55 mins)

Organization: Set up a grid 10x20M for #1, use a half field + for #2 with small bownets over half.

Pinnies and balls.

Instructions:

Area 1- Start with players randomly dribbling around the area, using different moves. Encourage the use of both feet. Run for 4-5 minutes.

Split the group into 2 and have them passing/ following their pass between the two end cones. Work on first touch out from feet and striking a moving ball.

Area 2- Use just over half the field, split into 2 teams with one keeper in the large goal. The aim is to work on building out from the keeper and to score on the bownets.Do all restarts from the keeper. The opposing players drop to the engagement line- mark with pylons around 16m out, on goal kicks and attempt to win the ball to score.

Focus on team shape.
