In a shortened field, set up 2 lines of players (one either side of each goal) and a line of players about a third of the way on either side with a coach and a supply of balls. Teams take it in turns. In this example, Player C sprints towards the goal line to meet a through ball from the coach. Players A and B make a run for the box, crossing over in the process. After the cross (and finish) the Blue's join the back of the Red line whilst the crosser returns to his/her line. Immediately after the Blue team have cleared the space, the Red team begins their turn.
