5 v 2 rondos to warm up. Focus on quick passes and players moving into space to receive a pass.

Simple technical passing drill. Player 1 passes to player 2 through the gate, player 2 takes first touch outside the cone and then passes back between the cones. We will teach the players all the parts of the foot to receive a pass with; instep away same side, outside, sole and roll across body, instep across body.
Work 1 minute then switch receiver and passer.

2 v 2 + 1. We will set up multiple smaller fields with the players playing a 2 v 2 with 1 neutral player. The neutral player always plays with the team in possession.

6 v 6 SSG. Can they put into a game what they learnt in practice? With 20 to 24 players we will adjust this to play width wise and 5 v 5 no goalies.

Circle Warm Up (10 mins)
Circle warm up. We did this last practice, if the players can get the passing early we will go with the following progressions;
1) find a partner receive a pass and one touch pass back
2) find a partner receive a pass on right foot one tough back and then receive a pass on left foot one touch back.
3) find a partner who has the ball in their hands. Receive a ball in the air volley back right foot, volley back left foot.
