Session Objective:To improve passing.
Organisation:Players arranged as shown;
A plays B,who plays C.C sets back for A to play to D.D plays E.E plays long pass to F.F plays to next player in line and repeat cycle.
rotation:A becomes D,D becomes E,E becomes F goes to back of line.B and D stay and rotate positions.Change periodically.
A plays to C who takes out of feet and plays to B.B has moved when C first touches ball and receives and plays to D.D plays to next B player.Next C player moves when B takes first touch.B plays to C who plays to A and cycle repeated.Players follow to opposite teamas shown by arrows.

Session Objective: To improve passing/taking ball on back foot
Organisation: Players to receive ball on back foot and play.Then receive other ball and play again.Continue then develop two players playing to each other off back foot .then build up to three and then four.

Session Objective: To improve possession and quick reaction on transition
Organisation:Simple game:Three teams of 6 Red,Blue,Yellow.Goals but no goal keepers.
Two teams v 1 to keep possession {e.g. Reds and Blues v Yellow).Reds and Blues to keep possession;if yellow intercept they can shoot at empty goal as quick as possible.Change teams every five minutes to have different 2v1.

Spread out in possession.
