Description
This session is a random practice to enable players to develop their skills and decision making abilities when playing in traffic.
Players need to be able to scan and be aware of the game around them. Play will be messy to try and make it as match realistic as possible.

1v1s (20 mins)
1v1's - Random practice. (3 or 4 mini pitches in each direction)
Players can score in any opposition goal.
Lots of traffic, scanning, playing head up
Be aware of space and how to exploit it
Individual 1v1 battles, but also team game. Purples v Orange, Yellow v Black.

4v4s (25 mins)
4v4 - Random Practice - Multi Directional Game
As previous game but 4v4. Lots of traffic.
Scanning, head up. awareness.
