Coaching Points: Knee's bent, part of foot/ball
Organization: Two lines, mirroring cone set up. One cone diagonal to the left 15 yards from starting cone. 3rd cone 5 yard diagonal from 2nd cone. 2 Nets
Equipment: Disc cones, Balls
Goals: Having players being able to use different cuts and parts of foot to dribble out of tight areas in games.
Instructions: Players will pass to a coach, dribble through the cones then finish on goal
Progression: For older players, make it a competition on how many goals each individual can score.

Organization: Two lines, mirroring cone set up. One cone diagonal to the left 15 yards from starting cone. 3rd cone 5 yard diagonal from 2nd cone.
Equipment: Disc cones, Balls
Goals: Having players being able to use different cuts and parts of foot to dribble out of tight areas in games.
Instructions: Players will speed dribble towards cone on the left, cut around cone and then cut around 3rd cone. After second cut they will pass to one of the coaches. Process will be continuous.
Progression: Vary what foot players dribble with and what type of cut players will perform. Introduce a move after the second cone.
