Organization:
Set playing area with cones width of penalty area and approx half the pitch. Use 4 small goals, 2 at each end
Activity:
Play game 4v4 or 3v3 (depending on numbers). Kick or dribble in if and where ball goes out. Goals are scored by scoring into either of the opponents 2 pug nets. When goal scored, kick off at centre.
Bonus: 2pt goal if player can do a move or change of direction prior to scoring
Coaching Points:
Can you keep ball close to maintain control in tight spaces? Can you use different parts of foot to manipulate ball and change direction for opportunity to score, or pass to a teammate (forward, wide, reset). Importance of first touch when dribbling (control, directional touch). Creativity

Organization:
Divide gym in half. Each half has 2 pug goals on one side, with cone marked in between for the feeder, and 2 cones at center on opposite side for each of 2 teams to line up at .
Activity:
Feeder passes ball to middle of area. First player of each team in line races to win ball, and play 1v1 to score in either of pug nets. Note: Goal is behind them when ball is won.
PROGRESSION: replace 1 pug net for a gate closer to center of area
Coaching points:
Can players be alert and react quickly to be first to win the ball. Can player sheild, make turn, dribble, change direction when needed, and beat defender to create scoring chance. Creativity.

Organization:
Set area with middle channel marked with cones. Upto 20 players, each with a ball.
Activity:
Players start in middle channel dibbling and/or doing a number of moves as prompted (bells, toe taps, scissors, etc). Coach will call 1 of 2 side lines (ie red or blue) Players will RWB/dribble to indicated side line do a specified turn (inside cut, ourside cut, cruyff, pull back), and return one of limited cones at edge of middle channel. Players that get to a cone gets a point, those without a cone perform an extra action (jumping jack, summersault, etc.)
Coaching points:
Can players be alert and react quickly to coaches prompts
Can players show technical competency, sharp turns/moves. Can they perform technically and with speed into and out of moves/turns.
