角錐X20

敏捷圈X15

標盤X15

 

 

訓練步驟:

●球員A盤運球快速通過路線1、2,將球給球員B。

●球員B盤運球快速通過路線3、4,回至出發點。

 

變化:

●限制觸球次數。

●加入障礙物。(角錐、標盤、敏捷圈)

●分組競賽,球員皆回原點即勝利。

●A、B隊同時出發,避開障礙物。

●A1球員必須將球交給A2球員。

●盤帶過程如遇對手,也須繞過。

 

變化:

●加入敏捷圈、角錐。

●範圍,增加難易度。

●出發及隊友接球點變動。

●如觸碰標盤需原地點球三次。

●用標盤代替球進行,連線即獲勝。

●加入球盤運球對抗。

●一隊需要三個標盤、三顆球。

 

變化:

●增加敏捷圈成12格。

●距離縮短。
