Instructions:
Rotation is clock wise.
1 This is a dribble test around the 3 cones on line. Then dribble and turning from end to end in 30 seconds.
2 Ball control, roll right to left, push forward. Switch start foot.
3 Awareness and reaction with passing/receiving. First part, C will call a color, P reacts check to it and go back inside the 4x4 square, then ball is served by C and P pass it back. Then P will place it on goal R/L. Finally, P will pass back and forth with C, shuffling and passing one or two touches, scanning behind to call color showed by A.
4 Dribble square, outside cut, inside cut, U turn and Cruyff turn on corners. And either L turn or right foot scissors in the middle diamond.
Coaching Points/Questions:
Dribble with ball tight on feet, small touches, pinky toe
Check = Move forward to the ball.
Shoulder = Scan over the shoulder and see what color is on
C = Coach
A = Assistant
