Organisation: In a 8x8 yard box players must keep possession of the ball, the player that looses possession must become the new defender. When a game restarts the first pass is always free. There will be a total of three 4 minute rounds. Games can be played 3v1 or 4v2, ***players cannot stand static in corners***

Organisation: 2v2 in the central area, the team in possession gains points by playing ball into end zone players, the team must alternate passes into each end zone to keep scoring points without loosing the ball. If the defending team wins the ball they become scoring team. After 4 minutes the end zone players will switch with the loosing team. Three rounds of 4 minutes.

Organisation: 3 teams of 4 players, two teams play in the central area whilst the other team have a player on each side of the playing area, the team in possession must try to pass the ball to each of the outside players before loosing possession once every outside player has had the ball they switch with the loosing team. outside players can pass to each other but this does not count towards the team in possessions total score.

Dynamic Stretches (10 mins)
Organisation: 5 cones set 5 yards apart in 2 lines, players work in pairs. One pair will begin by starting their stretch together, once the first cone (highlighted in blue) is reached the next pair may begin, not before not after. Each pair will go through the cones performing each stretch on the list below twice before moving onto the next stretch.
