Screen 1 (50 mins)

Organization:Use 2 areas of 15x25, cones and nets, poles and hurdles for agility

Duration: 10 minutes at each, water breaks between.

Instructions:

Agility set up as shown, progess to moving poles, hurdles, cones into a maze they have to dribble though to score on goals. Use 5' farpost goals.

Second area, set up a square 3x3M . Players chase the coach to try to steal the ball and place in the square, continue until all the balls are gone.

Finish with a ssg.
