In this exercise the team with the ball tries to get a pass to one of the target players between the flag-post goals. You can only pass to your team (whites to whites, blues to blues). The outside players stay on the outside to begin with

Progression:

Once you pass to teammate on outside, either yourself or a closer player goes out and outside player comes

Limit on time before releasing ball

Scoring system, once ball goes from one side to other, 1 point
