variations are-

pass along the floor

volley into hands

pass in man then they dribble towards server, play into them, run arond and collect it on the way back serve into the chest and open out, dribble past cones then pass back in

chest into the server, around them then control over the shoulder

long pass two touch, short pass one tough, pass one touch to th left then the right

player with the ball dribbles through the manequines and passes straight to the man whos waiting on the cone. He opens up and passes to the next man then this is repeated

player with the ball dribbles through the manequines like before, this time he plays a bounce pass with the man on the cone. He checks in then checks out around the cone before recieving the next pass. After this its the same as the last one and they play it in to the next man in line who opens up and starts the cycle again.

the player with the ball dribbles through the mannequines then plays a diagnal pass, the player who recieves this pass checks in, sets it off to the other man whos moving in from the cone on the other side, checks out around the cone then recieves a wall pass. they then dribble through the manequines and the cycle repeats itself.

red players working together and blue players working together simaltaniously doing the same drill.

player in the middle working on passing and recieving. Recieving a pass from the outside and opening out then passing to the other side. The players on the outside are alwayes moving to give the player in the middle a different angle.

Variations to this include the player in the middle playing a bounce pass instead of opening up, then outside passing to outside. Or a choice of bounce pass or opening up.

The two payers in the middle are working together this time along with all the others on the outside.

The man on the outside passes to the deepest man, who sets it to his partner in the middle who then plays it out to a different outside man.
