Ball Gathering Conditioning Activity (10 min)
4 corners, 1 player per corner with subs outside each corner. 1st player to gather 4 balls in their own box wins. Can remove 1 ball at a time and can take balls from opposing players box. swtich players every 60 seconds.

1-2 Passing Triangle (8-10 min)
Set Up: Diamond with cones 10 ft apart
1-2 passing at the top and bottom of the diamond. Change direction each 2 min.
CP: Communication, hips & shoulders facing target, play at game speed, toe up ankle locked

Passing & Receiving Expanded Small Sided Game (15 min)
Restrictions: Players that pass the ball can leave their zone. Players can only play into the next zone. Goals only from player in attacking zone or off a pass from player in Attacking Zone
Progression: All players can shoot after 5 consecutitive passes
Coaching Points: Offer angles of support, communication, look for opportunities to quickly build play & keep posession

6 v 6 Expanded Sm Sided (15 min)
Switch groups ea 2 min or 2 goals
Restrictions: 5 touches before shooting
Coaching Points: Communication, Shape, Change the point of attack
Progression to 6v6 no restrictions
