Possession game and shooting sessions
Organization as per diagram
Field A - possession game:
Divide the filed into 2/3 and 1/3
Divide the teams into defenders (blue), midfielders (red) and forwards (yellow)
2/3 of the field (area A): possession game 5v5 as per diagram: red vs. blue. There are 2 targets for each team into the restricted area (shaded). The purpose of the game is to have the same color ocupying all 4 shaded areas. the 3v3 game's in the middle purpose is to keep possession and one colored player can pass to opposite color in the shaded area in order to replace that player.
Field B - shooting: (work with the attackers, mids, def, alternatively - 20 min)
1. player checks in and out, around the manequin, receives a pass from the coach and turns to the left and shoots (10x) and to the right
2. Player plays a give and go pass with the coach and then moves into the space around the manequin to shoot on net (left ,right)
3. Player receives a pass from the coach (positioned in D) cuts in front of the manequin and takes a shot at net (left and right)
Small group of players (5) to keep the intensity high
20 min/group x 3=60 min

3 teams possession game: red and yellow in attack, blue defends. Once red or yellow loses possession, that color who lost the ball will defend
