Adaptations:

Progressions: Starting play where the reds are all in for the first few plays, then putting a 2 touch maximum limit before the reds can attack the opposite GK goal.

Challenges, Conditions or Targets:

Challenges : Are for the Red bibs to switch play through the GK and gets the ball into the players in the shaded area. If the Reds are getting out to easily put another Blue attacker up, the GK would be the spare player when switching.

Conditions : Would be to limit the GK and outfield players to 2 touch.

Targets : To get thee ball moving quickly across the pitch or into the 6’s so they reds can score at the opposite goal.

Reflections: I could have zoned off the 6 yard box so the strikes couldn’t go into that area so it would give the GK more space to get on the ball.

8V8 free play to start with and still keeping width to encourage the switch of play.

No goals can be scored until there has been a switch.

add a shaded area where it’s imposed and white players can deliver without any pressure on the ball.

3 points for a switch of play and a finish by the opposite white man,, 2 points for one touch, finish from any other player and 1 point it’s a boy player drives him with the ball and scores.
