Instructions:
- Players divide into pairs
- Multiple 1v1 games going on at the same time (only against their partner)
- Attacker can score on any goal
- If the Defender steals the ball, they must try to keep it away from the Attacker until the end of the time (If so, they get 3 points)
- 8 games of 1:00 minutes each with 30 seconds rest in between
Coaching Points:
- Protect ball from Defender
- Get to the open goal quickly (and shoot)
- Change direction if no space, Defender, or others in the way

- Play 1v1
- Attacker try to execute the roll/push
Coaching Points:
- Avoid getting ball stolen by the Defender.
- Look for, and sprint into the open space.
- Try to move around the Defender.

Regular game
5 games of 4:00 minutes each with 1:00 minute rest in between
Coaching Points:
Avoid getting ball stolen by the Defender.
Look for, and sprint into the open space.
Try to feint and change direction against the Defender.
