Time: 10 Minutes
Set Up:
-Half pitch split into 3 zones.
-Players split as back in the zones (full backs wide and CB central). Place attackers versus them.
Exercise:
-Play 1v1 in FB areas and 2v2 central.
-Attackers aim to beat defenders and get ball over the 18 yard line.
-Play stops if attacker succesful or defenders win possession and plays pass to coach/server.

Set Up:
-Same as previous
Exercise:
-Play 4v4 with players staying initially in their relative zones.
Progression:
-Remove zones and add the goalkeeper

-30x30 grid buy 18 yard box
-Players split into two teams of 5.
-Defenders plus attackers, attacker plus or DEF.
Exercise:
-Play within the grid with offside for attacker team. If ball goes out of play coach serves into play.

-2 goals set up opposite.
-Players split into 2 even teams (attackers and defenders).
-GK each goal.
Exercise:
-GK serves ball to an attacker.
-Attacker brings ball into the grid as well as a defender.
-They play 1v1 and attempt to score.
-Once play finished next ones go.
-Play 5 minutes then change to 2v2.
