- 6v6 + 3 Neutral Players & 2 Target Players

- Both teams have two mini-goals to attack and two to defend.

- 3 central neutral players (orange) have to stay in their squares (one left, one right, one central).

- Target players act as a Keeper with feet for build-up play for one team, and target / wall player for other.

- Build-Up - finding central overloads with midfield box against a (4)-2-3-1

- Central area (penalty-box width with red cones) is split into 3 zones (with yellow cones).

- 2 of these 3 zones need to be filled by 4 blues in the box midfield at all times.

- Blue Team have mini-goals to pass into

- Red Team attempt to win ball and attack main goal (can use orange as keeper (with feet).
