Central Zone 2 v 2 + 1 ( YELLOW )

Final thirds 2 v 2 + 1 ( Team in posession )

AIM

Playing through Central midfiled to play forward. ( LOCKED IN TO CENTRAL ZONE )

Teams play from scoring zone through YELLOW central player ( WHO MUST PLAY FORWARD WHEN RECEIVES BALL ) to the opposite scoring zone.

YELLOW central player must touch the ball during each phase of play

To score a point player must receive and control ball in scoring zone

. Body shape to receive, back foot to play forward

. Scanning, checking shoulder at all times

. Movement to allow forward passes

Progressions/Adapatations

. YELLOW player must pass into player in scoring zone

. YELLOW player cannot pass into scoring zone

. Limit touches on players

. YELLOW player can now leave central box ( Still locked into central zone )

. Team in posession can send 1 player into final third to create 3 v 2.
