Instructions:
- A plays to B, B plays to C, C beats mannequin and strikes on goal.
- Rotation: A to B to C.
- After given amount of time, switch sides (left to right / right to left).
- Change pattern to come inside.
Coaching Points:
- Quality of pass / first touch. Make the ball fizz. (Set the tone)
- Attack the space in front of the mannequin at speed. (Aggression)
- Quality of move to beat mannequin/pug. Touch out into space past mannequin. (Attitude)
- Quality / decision making of finish (low and hard to far post, sneak near post, chip - based on GK's position and final touch. (Composure)

- C attempts to beat player A and score in big goal.
- If player A wins the ball, he plays back to either stationary player (player B or line at player A).
- Rotation: A to B to C.

- Ability to receive and read pressure.
- Attack the open space at speed.
- Ability to recognize defender's momentum and body position in order to go down line or come inside.

Instructions:
- Attacking team always starts with ball and attempts to score on goal.
- Defending team attempts to win the ball and score into counter goals.
- Any defending player who takes a shot on the counter goals must run out behind the goal and is replaced by the resting/rotating player at A.
- Attacking team does not have to wait and can attack immediately
Coaching Points:
- Ability to recognize transition moments and play forward quickly. (Aggression)
- Ability to recognize space to penetrate on the dribble or use moves (Attitude)
- Reading the defenders position and momentum
- Movement of front player based on ball and positioning of defenders. Angles and quality of movement.
- Quality / decision making of finish (low and hard to far post, sneak near post, chip - based on GK's position and final touch.
