Simple but effective finishing session

Server plays the ball to the striker to take two touches to finish with composure from within the coned area

variation is a 1st time strike being clinical.

The server becomes the striker and striker becomes the server.

Both sides of the field work at the same time.

Progression is player receives from Server and instead of striking at Goal plays a lofted pass over to the opposite striker to strike on two touches then the last progression is to strike1st time.

The rotation of players is differnt this time its every two as the player receives, plays over the top for striker to shoot. Then the striker receives and plays back over to the player who initially delivered the lofted pass to strike. Then strikers become side servers and side servers become strikers.
