Organization: 4 players one ball
Instructions: Play starts from player A or B. Player D checks away then recives a pass and plays it back with the first touch to player C who plays it long into space for the oposite winger to run onto. 3 players make runs into the box while player c advances slightly offering an outlet at the top of the box.

Warm Up (10 mins)
Organization: Players partner up. 1 ball between them.
Instructions: Player A checks away to the yellow cone then back to the red cone. Players in the middle (B) look to play a firm pass into player A at the red cone. player A must cushion the pass and play the ball as close as they can to the blue cone. If they are able to keep the ball within once 1 yard of the blue cone they recieve 1 point. The game repeats itself for 2 min then Player A and B switch roles. If player A plays a bad ball (further then a yard away from red cone) they lose a point.
Coaching Points:
-Body over the ball to keep it on the ground
-Use the weight of the pass to decide how much added power you need to add to the ball
-make contact with the inside of the foot
-make contact slightly higher then the center of the ball (upper half of the ball)
-quality of the pass
-weight of the pass
Progressions:
Use both left and right foot
After the pass is made can you touch the yellow cone for an extra point.
