Passing and Receiving with a Partner (15 minutes)
1. Long Range (15+ yards) receive and quickly return
2. Short range (less than 10 yards) recieve and make a turn. Open up and receive across the body or with outside of front foot, first touch forward or drag and turn.

3 vs 1 play (8 minutes)
2 vs 2 play (20 minutes-10 minutes x 2) Winner of each field (at each cohort) switches and plays the other winner.

HIIT and Individual Ball Work (45 mins)
Players are divided up into 2 cohorts (Red, Blue)
Each day they will stay with their assigned cohort until the official start date of the season (August 17th) At that time players, new player will be added to the existing cohorts)
Warm Up and Individual Ball Work
1. 20 minute workout with out ball-player will complete a HIIT workout with various upper body, lower body and core strength exercises. There is a total of 20 exercises with 40 seconds of exercise and 20 seconds of rest for each interval (increase to 45 on 15 off when after 3 seassions)
2. 20 minutes of individual ball footwork-In their 3-5 meter space players go through a series of footwork exercises with all foot surfaces. 20 exercises that are 40 seconds on 20 seconds off.
