Screen 1 (50 mins)

Organization:Use 2 areas of 15x25, cones and nets, poles and hurdles for agility

Duration: 10 minutes at each, water breaks between.

Instructions: Agility set up as shown, progess to dribbling a ball through the course.

Second area, set up a square 2x2M and have players dribble and randomly pick a box they have to go to while chasing them to steal their ball. switch occasionally so that a player is pursuing.

Progress to having the players dribble after the coach trying to hit them with the ball.

Reset second area to a ssg, coach can play to balance teams.

If time remains play red light green light.
