THE SESSION: Running With the Ball 2v2
Set Up:
Players line up in teams on opposite corners, and come on two at a time.
The coach will kick a ball inside the area and call for the first two players in each line to enter.
Run through a gate = one goal
Score in the goal = one goal
run through a gate and then score = three goals
Key Messages:
When to go myself or share with 2nd man
When to take big touches and when to take little touches
Changes of direction to game space

THE SESSION: Running With The Ball Game
Set Up:
4v4 or 5v5 small sided game set up
If a team can dribble through a gate before scoring they can three points
Any normal goal is one point
Key Messages:
When to go yourself or when to dribble through the gate
What gate can you dribble through to score a goal
What gate if your team mate near to be able to score a goal

THE SESSION: Running With The Ball
Set Up:
Players set up in two lines
Blue side goes first, running with the ball through the cone gates before shooting in goal
Can players have closer touches through the gate to be able to score
Get the players to race through the gates to score
