Team will work on the incision phase of the attack.
After the training session players will be able to create higher percentage finishing opportunities by focusing in movement off the ball during the incision phase of the attack.

Phase 2
Objective: To keep possession of the ball in limited space while creating passing options with off the ball movement.
Duration: 15 min -
Materials: Bibs, balls, flat cones, 4 small goals, no keepers
Number of players: 8v8
Physical Load: Medium
Organization: Create a space 30x40 yards in the incision phase area of the field as shown on image. 16 players per game. 8 players per team, one team wears red bibs and other team wears yellow bibs. 4 players from each team begin on the outside of the space and 4 players per team position inside the space. Small goals are placed 4 yards away from the corners.
Rules:Players must pass to outside teammates and switch position while maintaining possession. Once a team has cleared 2 outside passes they must immediately finish in one of the small corner goals.

Phase 3
Functional tactical Small sided game
Objective: To develop faster decision making while entring into the incision space of the attacking phase while implementing attacking principles of play to create finishing opportunities. Support, penetration, width, mobility, improvisation.
Duration: 20 min -
Materials: Bibs, balls, flat cones, 2 small goals, one full size goal plus keepers
Number of players: 5v6
Physical Load: Medium
Organization: Use one half of the field and mark the incision phase area of the field as shown on image. One team will function as a defensive unit using 5 players (2,3,4,5,6) the attacking team will play with 6 players (6,8,10,11,7,9).
Rules: FIFA rules. ttacking team will have a limited number of passes once they enter the incision area of the attack to penetrate and create finishing opportunities. The number of passes coul vary per game as indicated by the coach. 5 touches to a minimum of 2 or 3 touches. Attacking team must look for options to get behind the defensive line and immediately finish in large goal. The defensive team is to recover ball in defensive third and build to connect mid third and attacking third and finish into small goals.
CP: Remind players of 5 principles of attack.

Full Sided Game
Functional /tactical
Objective: To develop faster decision making while entring into the incision space of the attacking phase while implementing attacking principles of play to create finishing opportunities. Support, penetration, width, mobility, improvisation.
Duration: 30min -
Materials: Bibs, balls, 2 full size goal plus keepers
Number of players: 11v11
Physical Load: Medium
Organization: Use full field and mark the incision phase area of the field on both sides as shown on image. one team plays a 1-4-3-3 and the other team will set up using a 1-3-4-3 formation to overload the attack and increase scoring opportunities while forcing opposite defensive line to work on defensive principles.
Rules: Play 3 games of 10 minutes each with fifa rules.
CP: encourage creativity and fast decission making.

Objective: To keep possession of the ball in limited space while creating passing options with off the ball movement.
Duration: 10 min -
Materials: Bibs, balls, flat cones,
Number of players: 6v6x2
Physical Load: Medium
Organization: Create a Hexagon with sides of 8 yards in lenght.12 players per rondo, 6 players per team, one team wears red bibs, other wears yellow bibs. 3 players from each team will be playing inside the Hexagon, 3 players form each team will be covering one side of the hexagon as shown in image.
Rules: Players in the inside of the space work together with teamates on the outside positions to maintain possession. Team that is able to have all 3 outside players pass the ball in one possession string score one point.
Alternate inside players with outside players every 5 minutes.
CP: Focus on correcting first touch and look up before passing.
