1. Receiving and Turning (unopposed)
Players in blue receive the ball from one red then turn and pass up to the other red. 2 Balls going at the same time.
- Check away before receiving
- Receive on half turn using back foot
- Call when want the ball
1. Receiving and Turning (unopposed 2)
Now using only one ball. When Red has the ball Blue players have one show short and one long. Red passes long to P1 who sets back to P2 who passes up to the other Red.

2. Receiving and Turning (apposed)
Blue plays ball to Blue team mate in middle who tries to get ball to Red player on outside. If the defender is too close (Fig.1) server should call "back" and play the way they're facing. If they have successfully checked away and made space (Fig. 2) they should call "Turn".

3. Receiving and Turning 2v1 (Fig. 1)
Once Blue server has played ball in they can now join and create a 2v1. If player in middle is in space they should still look to turn but if the defender is tight they should use their open player.
- Get players to make decision if they are in space or need to use 2nd player
- Communication between players
4. Receiving and Turning 2v2
Now once outside player has served in both outside players can join in to become 2v2. To score a point the ball must be dribbled over the end line

5v3 Possession
Red Team starts with 4 players on the outside and 1 in the middle. Blue team have 3 defenders in the middle. Red team try to get 5 passes. If they can pass via the red player in the middle, who must play back out to different person, they receive 2 points.
- Play the ball quick before the defenders set
- Movement from outside players to create support angles
- Attacking player in the middle working to create space

2v2 Possession
2 Red and 2 Blue players start in the middle. A point is scored by transferring the ball from one side of the field to the opposite end. Players can play back to the same server on the outside although this won’t count as a point. Servers are encouraged to move up/down side-lines to support.
- Moving the ball quickly
- Communication between players
- checking to create space
- playing back when no option to go forward
