9 can drop into C/D to overload the zone
the 3 midfields cannot occupy the same square
Wingers can move up and down the line and/or inside grid C/D

Building from the back goal kicks
Pay attention to how we set up to begin a goal kick, must get to this quickly
As soon as the ball is played, it is LIVE.
Team taking the goal kicks is trying to work it into the small goals.
Attacking team if you win the ball you try and score.

Obj: Deny penetrating passing/easy shots on goal
Coaching Points:
1. 1 player pressures the ball while the other covers
2. Do not cross paths, if attackers dribbles over then you hand off defensive responsibility
3. body positioning is key. try and wall off the 3rd attacker
4. always work together

Practice Organisation:
- 20 players.
- 5 yd rondos.
- 10 yds spacing between grids.
- All the rondos start with 4v1.
- The idea is to introduce the attack to defence quick transition mentality.
- For players who miss the ball they will have to move away from the rondo they are playing in and go to defend in another one.
- Work as fast as possible.
