Objective:
Reds vs blues in grid for 4 mins. Greens are neutral for attacking team. Team in possession must connect 5 passes before going to any goal. Defending team tries to regain possession immediately.

Transition Game:
8v8 plus GK to two counter goals.
Objective:
Attacking team reds go to big goal, it is a privilege to score on the big goal. If you score on the big goal you keep scoring on the big goal but opponent restarts from the GK. If blues win the ball they score on the two counter goals and quickly counter attack and change direction to attack the big goal, reds transition to defense and defend big goal. Team to 10 points wins.

Double Rondo (6v2)
Objective:
Defenders work together try to win possession and prevent attacking team from completing 10 passes in order to transer possession into other grid. Players switch when they lose possession. (in pairs if even).
Progression: Each pair has 5 points to start game. For every split you lose a point, for every ball won you gain a point, every 10 passes you lose a point. Defending pair work for 1 min.

-Pressure/Cover together
-Stay compact to avoid split
-Techniques of: Angle, Speed and Distance of Approach, Footwork, Eyes on
the Ball, Body Shape and Types of Tackle - Poke or Block?
Progressions:
- 1 touch; 2 touch max; must take two touch.
