Organization:

Instructions:
On coaches command, the first three players in each team race against the opposition. A point is awarded to the first team to have their wide attacker dribble two lengths of the penalty box and the two central attackers crossover and touch the opposite goalposts and back.
Coaching Points:

- Lift head up
Central Attackers:
- Mentality (forward thinking, ruthelss)
- Quick reactions
- Take shortest possible route
Progressions:
- Introduce double crossover

Organization:
- Two teams
- Six lines (three per team)

- Three cones
- Supply of balls (at wide attackers)
Instructions:
The wide attacker dribbles the ball towards the goal line and delivers cross the ball into the 'killer zone' (area between the goal line and cones) for either of the two central attackers to score. The opposition team transition towards the opposite goal as soon as a goal is scored or the ball is out of bounds. A point is awarded for each goal.

- Quality of delivery (type, timing, weight, trajectory) into 'killer zone'

Instructions:
6 vs. 6 game with 4 wide target players. Two points awarded for a finish from a cross inside either of the two attacking wide zones, one point for a goal from open play.

Players divided into groups of three (1 group of four if numbers require)
Each group with a soccer ball
Instructions:
Player a plays long, low driven pass to player b, Player b takes a touch to control the ball and passes to the on-running player a, player a sets the ball back to player b who then plays a long driven pass to player c, and follows their pass, repeating the above combination.
