Players split evenly on corners, with two in middle

Practice always starts with a switch of play from the two groups, simulating a 3 playing across to his 4
The player who switches the ball runs the length of the grid and joins the other end
From here the ball is played into middle man (ball being played into midfield)
MIddle man turns with ball and plays out to opposite end and follows ball, player who played in come into middle.
Player Challenges-
Can middle man use first touch to go past opposite middle man
Can middle man make a double movement, near/far or far/near. First movement opposite to where you want it
Can ball player pass ball to the side of the receiver that the opposition player is not
Can outside players take touch in direction they want to play/ Progress to one touch on outside if possible
Can the ball player play into space so that receiver can make movement and receive on the move
Progression
4 players in middle
Same thing, but two players work together to combine and play out opposite side (6+8)
Player who switches and player who plays in both run to opposite end, rotate middle men every couple of minutes
Make competition in middle, 2v2
One end try and progress ball using 2 middle men to opposite men

Reds aim to play from 3 + 4 through to 9 using the 6+8 with 2+5s help
If blues win ball keep possession 4v1 in middle after 5 passes one more defender can come in
