3 vs 2 with a quick transition
- Red team attacks with 3 players against 2 Blue players. If blue team steals the ball/knocks it out of play or if red team gets a shot off, The red player who lost the ball or took the shot must step off with the blue defenders. 3 new blue players step on with a ball and attack the remaining red players on the field in a new 3 vs 2 scenario.
Coaching Points)
- Can we catch the defenders sleeping on a quick transistion?
- Can we use our goalie as an attacker to create a 4 v 2 situation?
- Can we look to make penitrating runs to shift the defenders and open up spaces on the field.
- Smart defending, dont stab, keep the attackers in front of you and slow the play down. Must have communication

Coaching Points)
- Lots of short quick touches, how quick can we touch the ball without it getting far enough away from us that we cant touch it anymore
- Can we be explosive in our turns? Fast turn, quick but accurate pass off with the appropriate weight on the pass
