Organization:

Left and Right Wingers & Defenders on the outside yellow cones
Every other player (except goalkeeper) start from center yellow cones
The main objective of this activity is to get as many repetitions as possible within 15-20 minutes, building up the energy and quality for the next activities.
Instructions:
Left and Right outside players will alternate on who starts with the ball, these players take a touch deep into space to build momentum and speed of play, from the sideline they need to reference the postition of their team mates by looking over shoulder before crossing the ball.
+2 Points if a teammate finishes on 1st touch
+1 Points if a teammate finishes on 2nd touch
Players running in on cross need to reference where is the player with the ball and try to stay in line or behind to avoid being offside and to also have a better vision and momemtum to finish the ball into the goal.
+3 Points for finishing on 1st touch
+2 Points for finishing on 2nd touch
+1 Point for using more than two touches to finish

3-4 neutral players in white
Two pug goals on sidelines for defenders to score on
Instructions:
Attacking players need to work on creating space for themselves outside of the 18 yard box to find opportunity to finish into goal.
Rotate teams finishing on big goal every 3-4 minutes.
Defending players score on outside pug goals.
If neutral players makes a bad pass or misses a pass from attacking or defending teams, they are resposible for losing all the points of team with possession, same goes for attacking and defending players.
Attackers and Defenders:
3 points = finishing on 1st touch
2 points = finishing on 2nd touch
1 point = finishing on dribble
Bouncers:
2 points = assisting 1st touch finish
1 point = assisting finish on 2 or more touches
Goalkeeper:
Delivers balls to bouncers outside players
3 points = if delivered and player controls the ball with no bounce
2 points = if delivere to players foot

Teams of 3 players

Shaded area placed for starting play
Always 3v2 towards goal
Two side nets for defenders to score
Instructions:
The play starts in the shaded area, where each team of three will begin to pass and move, keeping the ball in bounds and maintaining awareness of transition time.
There are three attacking players going towards big goal looking to finish ball into net. Two defending players will try to prevent attacking players from scoring, if they successfully recover ball they can finish into side nets.
As soon as the ball goes out of play two of the attacking players become defenders (other player gets the ball) against the new attacking players starting in shaded area.
Repeat the cycle as many times as possible.
Teams must keep track of their points.
