Organization:
1. Two defenders next to goal, two attackers across area.
2. One goal.
Instructions:
1. Defender passes out to attacker. Attacker tries to beat defender using move practiced in technical portion of practice.
2. Once defender is beat can you close the door and score.
3. Switch lines after each turn.
Coaching Points:
1. Bait the defender with a bigger touch then cut them back and score.
2. Once defender is beat can you close the door by dribbling across them.
3. As soon as you create the space to shoot can you take the shot even if it's on the weaker foot.

Organization:
1. 3v3 One team out.
2. Two goal or three minutes, which ever comes first. Winner stays on. If a tie longest team on comes off.
Coaching Points:
1. Can you find 1v1s to use the inside outside to beat a player.

Technical Warm Up (20 mins)
Organization:
1. 20x10 yard channel.
2. One channel per three players.
3. One ball per group of three.
Instructions:
1. Inside outside touches to th middle. U-turn, pass to next player. Backpedal to the end. Jog to the back of the line.
2. Right foot for 90 seconds. Left foot for 90 seconds.
Coaching Points:
1. Inside outside- ball should be moving diagonally forward not straight.
2. Can U-turn roll in the direction you're passing.
3. Bend the knees on the backpedal. Short quick steps.
Progressions:
1. Add two cones as defender's feet. to move around.
