1v1 defending
1. Player dribbles at you, he can either score in the mini goal to be worth 3, or dribble through the cones to be worth 1, players to count their scores.
2. This is the progressiom, Players run at the same time acting as a recovery defender looking to dribble through the cones, allow extra seconds if player is slow on the ball
Once you attack then you defend.
