Diving
gk will jump over two hurdles emphasizing on balance and staying square to the ball. GK will then get set on marker for a serve from coach.

Activation
gk will be in line of ball and will receive a contour serve from 1. gk will then shuffle to step into the ring and then get ready for a low or med height serve from 2, gk will then face an angle shot from 3.
Repeat for both sides.

Functional (team)
1 will serve the ball into the space for 2 and then 2 will decide to take a shot on target or lay off to 3 and then 3 will shoot off one touch
Rules:
1 will play into the space or the feet depending on where 2 asks for the ball
2 will only take 2-3 touches to shoot or lay off the ball
3 will only take 1-2 touches to finish
3 will obey off sides rules so they must receive the ball behind 2 in order to score
1, 2, 3 will rotate stations every 5 min (approx)

Shooting competition
Coach will pass the ball to blue/red. Rotating gks can make the pass instead if possible
Gks will rotate every 3-5 shots
Rules:
Player in front of the line must run around his line before shooting and will have two shots to score.
First shot will be off two touches, Second shot will be off one touch - QUALITY PASSES FROM SERVERS-
If the shooter DOES score any of the shots, they will continue playing and go back to their line then the next team goes
If the shooter DOESN'T score any of the two shots, they will be eliminated from the game
If ANY of the shooters hits the crossbar or the posts, the eliminated team mates return to the game
First team to have all their players eliminated loses
