Organization:
-15x25 area with two 4 yard endzones.
-4 players per area.
Instructions:
-Defender drives a pass to the attacker to start the 1v1.
-A point is scored when a player stops the ball in the endzone.
Coaching Points:
-Encourage change of speed, direction, moves to beat the defender.
-Risk taking mentality.
-Notice body shape or defender - dribble behind defender to unbalance.
-Close the door once past the defender.

Organization:
-40x25 yard area with 4 yard wide areas.
-5v5 including goalkeepers.
Instructions:
-Cannot pass the ball forward, can only penetrate via the dribble.
-Dribble or pass in restarts.
-Can pass ball backwards.
Coaching Points:
-Mentality when attacking - play forward when possible (shoot, dribble).
-Take risks with your dribbling, greater the risk greater the reward.
-Close the door once past the defender.

Dribbling - Intro (10 mins)
Organization:
-20x25 area.
-Extra balls outside.
Instructions:
-Dribbles on the ball, variation of moves.
-Point for every time you dribble in between 2 players.
-Extra point if you pull a move and then dribble in between 2 players.
Coaching Points:
-Using pinky toes when dribbling straight ahead. (Other surfaces when changing direction).
-Keeping eyes up to see spaces.
-Encourage risk taking and trying cool moves.
